3D-Phen (Phenolic)

3D Phen Foam Pipe insulation is manufactured and finished to the highest industry standards. Impregnated with a silicate solution as a passivating agent to offer protection against corrosion even when cut. Our product is treated with a factory applied bore coating to provide additional protection and dust suppression.

The product is CFC/HCFC free, closed cell foam with a thermal conductivity of only 0.024 W/mK @ 10 deg C Mean temperature which provides thermal insulation performance, superior condensation control and energy saving.

3D-Phen satisfies the relevant requirements of widely employed specifications such as

BSEN 14314 and has a Euroclass Fire BL S1 d0 classification

Product should be installed as recommended in the Code of Practice BS5970:2012.
